On Monday 27 February, from 18.30 to 20h, the second session of this year's reading club of the association 50 a 50 will take place at the Ona bookshop in Pau Clarís. This time, we will be discussing a work by the French author Vanessa Springora, entitled "Consent".
We have resumed the reading club of the 50a50 Association with the novel “L’instant abans de l’impacte by Gloria de Castro, with whom we have had the pleasure to have during the session.
On Thursday 19 January, the 50a50 Association held a training session on female leadership given by our president, Anna Mercadé.
On Monday 30 January, from 18:30 to 20h, we will resume the 50a50 feminist book club, with a session at the Ona Bookshop in Pau Clarís on the piece of work "L'instant abans de l'impacte". We will have the pleasure of having with us its author, Gloria de Castro, to talk about the work in depth.
"Leading in feminine" is the title of the next training session organised by the 50a50 Association, and will be given by its president, Anna Mercadé i Ferrando.
The 50a50 Association held its Christmas networking and aperitif in mid-December at the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce.
Under the title of "Leaders of the future", the second edition of the 50a50 mentoring program is already underway. This month of November, the training and guidance sessions for mentors and mentorees have been held, as well as the inauguration meeting of the program, in which the mentorees have chosen their mentors.
Association 50a50 is one of the partners of the consortium that leads the Erasmus+ project "Off the Beaten Track", aimed at training women in the tourism and cultural industries to improve their job opportunities.
The Violet Thermometer of the communication and audiovisual sector, released by the Association 50a50 to measure the degree of compliance with the Equality and Parity Law in organizations, makes clear the low participation of women in the decision-making positions in this sector.
