Sorority and transversality
In order to achieve effective equality between men and women and to implement the 2030 Agenda, a big effort by governments and institutions is needed, as well as by companies and all of civil society. It is for this reason that, in sorority, we build alliances with all those associations for women in the area of business and senior management who want to form part of the lobbying actions we carry out in order to push forward the value of female talent and to incorporate more women in all decision-making and power roles in our society.
In Catalonia, there are a lot of companies committed to the equality and integration of diversity that have already incorporated this philosophy within their organisational structures. We also endeavor to show them as reference points, so that other companies take notice and join this exciting and enriching change that is the consequence of a 50a50 world.
