The second session of the 50a50 female leadership training program will be held on Wednesday, February 12, and will go by Joana Visa, under the title “Why women can and want to be leaders. Personal development plan“.
The 50a50 female leadership training program aims to offer a framework of professional and personal growth to 50a50 members to be able to exercise female leadership in their organizations from a gender and enriching perspective.
In the second workshop of the seven-session cycle, Joana Visa Esteve recommends carrying out a personal development plan, because “women can not only be good leaders, but we want to be.”
The session will take place on Wednesday, February 12, from 6.30 to 8.30 pm, in the association’s coworking (Diagonal 460, 2-2), and is reserved for members, upon registration and payment of 10 euros per person, through this link.
