On May 6th, the 22@Dinar Dones en Valor held a very special edition dedicated to recognizing female leadership, with two exceptional guests: Cristina Oliva Berini and Susana Prado García, members of 50a50 and undisputed references in the 22@ district and in the promotion of female talent.
Cristina Oliva, former director of the Ciutadella Campus at UPF, and Susana Prado, president of 22@Network Barcelona and general director of Inetum Catalunya, shared experiences and reflections on their careers in a conversation full of insight and inspiration. The event was moderated by Sonia Gil-Gibernau, General Manager of Novotel Barcelona City, who now assumes the presidency of the Dones en Valor Commission, opening a new stage with strength and commitment.
“We need female role models. We live in a world that makes female talent invisible. We must keep paving the way.” – Cristina Oliva
“If you don’t lead, you don’t transform. The commission has become a mission: to be a reference so that other women can be too.” – Susana Prado
This 22@Dinar was much more than a tribute: it was a space of sisterhood, advocacy, and hope. A gathering that clearly showed that female leadership is not only necessary, but, in Gil-Gibernau’s words, a matter of justice.
From the Dones en Valor Commission, we continue to build alliances, create role models, and open opportunities for the women leading the present and shaping the future.
🟣 Together, we move forward.
