de enero una sesi\u00f3n de <strong>formaci\u00f3n en liderazgo femenino<\/strong> impartida por nuestra presidenta, <strong>Anna Mercad\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Partiendo de la premisa de que la sociedad est\u00e1 <strong>construida por hombres y sostenida sobre las mujeres,<\/strong> Anna Mercad\u00e9 ha explicado c\u00f3mo la sociedad patriarcal est\u00e1 organizada y dirigida seg\u00fan la visi\u00f3n, el ciclo de la vida y los objetivos masculinos. As\u00ed pues, la norma es masculina. Por eso, como afirma nuestra conferenciante, no se trata s\u00f3lo de cambiar la legislaci\u00f3n vigente, se trata de cambiar las <strong>estructuras de poder,<\/strong> que son transmitidas a trav\u00e9s de la cultura y la sociedad.<\/p>\n<p>El liderazgo que hasta la fecha ha imperado en las empresas (jer\u00e1rquico, piramidal, autoritario) nos ha llevado a una <strong>situaci\u00f3n de competitividad extrema, donde las mujeres nunca hemos tenido lugar<\/strong>, ha detallado Mercad\u00e9. Es por eso que hist\u00f3ricamente nos hemos visto relegadas al hogar y cuidados, causando as\u00ed enormes <strong>p\u00e9rdidas de talento femenino.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, hemos tenido que optar entre la identidad supuestamente femenina orientada y conducida hacia la familia y la adopci\u00f3n del modelo masculino de dedicaci\u00f3n total al trabajo, sin que se contemplara la conciliaci\u00f3n entre vida laboral y vida familiar.<\/p>\n<p>Mercad\u00e9 tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 la importancia de las <strong>diferencias biol\u00f3gicas<\/strong>, as\u00ed como de la inteligencia emocional. Las mujeres nos caracterizamos por la sensibilidad, la empat\u00eda, la intuici\u00f3n, la adaptaci\u00f3n al cambio, la flexibilidad, la mirada a largo plazo y la capacidad mediadora, entre otros. <strong>Por eso tenemos un estilo de liderazgo propio: el liderazgo femenino.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Como explica nuestra presidenta, se trata de un tipo de liderazgo <strong>transformacional, abierto y participativo,<\/strong> basado en la <strong>organizaci\u00f3n horizontal<\/strong> o en red, la mediaci\u00f3n de conflictos y la organizaci\u00f3n racional del tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, Anna Mercad\u00e9 y Fernando ha insistido en la necesidad de un <strong>cambio de paradigma,<\/strong> donde las empresas aboguen por las competencias y los valores femeninos. Por eso es vital fomentar <strong>la cooperaci\u00f3n y colaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong> entre mujeres, <strong>el coliderazgo,<\/strong> la solidaridad, unidad y complicidad<strong>, la autoestima<\/strong>, la confianza y tambi\u00e9n la creaci\u00f3n y fomento de<strong> redes profesionales nutritivas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para finalizar la sesi\u00f3n, se ha abierto un <strong>debate distendido<\/strong> entre las participantes en las que se han compartido vivencias y opiniones <strong>sobre liderazgo, conciliaci\u00f3n familiar y representaci\u00f3n femenina en las empresas<\/strong>, principalmente.
