ha explicado la socia de 50a50 especializada en marca personal, de acuerdo con el libro \u00abEmpowering yourself\u00bb de Harvey Coleman los factores que ayudan a llegar a las posiciones de decisi\u00f3n del \u00e1mbito laboral son el rendimiento y resultados (en un 10 %), la imagen que se transmite (en un 30%) y la visibilidad (factor que tiene un peso del 60%). \u00abPor tanto no s\u00f3lo debemos ser buenas profesionalmente, tambi\u00e9n debemos parecer que somos buenas: tenemos que liderar nuestra visibilidad\u00bb, ha dicho Laia Arcones.<\/p>\n<p>Ha a\u00f1adido que la educaci\u00f3n que recibimos provoca una serie de situaciones que generan en el conjunto nuestra invisibilidad profesional. Por ejemplo, nos interrumpen tres veces m\u00e1s que a ellos en las reuniones, tenemos el s\u00edndrome de la impostora, nos molesta el exceso de seguridad y la arrogancia de los hombres, tendemos a no decir que no para evitar los conflictos directos y trabajamos como hormiguitas en la sombra, esperando que fruto del trabajo las oportunidades laborales lleguen solas.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, en ocasiones tambi\u00e9n somos invisibles intencionalmente, por reactividad, por perfeccionismo, por miedo al rechazo y a la exposici\u00f3n, por demonizaci\u00f3n de la \u201cventa personal\u201d, seg\u00fan recoge el art\u00edculo de Harvard Business Review \u201cWhy women stay out of the spotligh at work\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abNo dejes que el miedo supere tu talento, porque la visibilidad tiene que ver con tu trabajo, con poner en valor tu talento\u00bb, ha recomendado Laia Arcones, que ha hecho referencia a la pir\u00e1mide de la visibilidad: que te conozcan, que te reconozcan, que te recuerden, que te crean, que te deseen y que te elijan. Para conseguirlo, debe trabajarse la visibilidad profesional a distintos niveles, desde la visibilidad interna hasta la visibilidad p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>Laia Arcones es personal brander de mujeres profesionales, especializada en liderazgo y visibilidad femenina.
