campa\u00f1a Term\u00f3metro Violeta: \u00abLa igualdad no es negociable, es ley\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><u>Contexto actual<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Ante el \u00faltimo comunicado del Foro Mundial de Econom\u00eda situando en 136 los a\u00f1os para integrar la Igualdad dentro de las organizaciones en el mundo, no nos podemos quedar paradas y resignarnos. Los datos de informes de la ONU Mujeres muestran un aumento de las desigualdades como consecuencia de las diferentes brechas, de g\u00e9nero, de participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres en los espacios de decisi\u00f3n, salarios, pensiones, digital &#8230; Los frentes abiertos son muchos y se necesitan acciones valientes, \u00e1giles, inteligentes y en red.<\/p>\n<p><u>Reaccionemos. Activ\u00e9monos!<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Desde la Asociaci\u00f3n 50a50 no queremos esperar y reaccionamos con una nueva campa\u00f1a: <span style=\"color: #8f17b0;\"><strong><em>\u00abEl Term\u00f3metro Violeta: la igualdad no es negociable, es ley\u00bb<\/em><\/strong><\/span>. Con esta acci\u00f3n mediremos el porcentaje de participaci\u00f3n de mujeres en los consejos de administraci\u00f3n de las organizaciones, con el fin de crear la radiograf\u00eda de la igualdad. La tasa de empleo aumentar\u00eda casi el 80% y el producto interior bruto (PIB) per c\u00e1pita de la UE podr\u00eda crecer casi un 10% m\u00e1s hasta 2050.<\/p>\n<p>Desde la Asociaci\u00f3n 50a50 queremos concienciar y apoderar las organizaciones para que se sumen al movimiento de cambio global para conseguir la igualdad real entre mujeres y hombres, el 50a50, el liderazgo compartido. Estamos abiertas a colaborar con aquellas empresas que necesiten informaci\u00f3n, formaci\u00f3n y estrategias para convertirse en organizaciones violetas comprometidas con la igualdad y el talento femenino.
