conduce, por encargo de la <strong>Agencia de Transparencia del \u00c1rea Metropolitana de Barcelona<\/strong>, \u200b\u200bel <strong>ciclo Dem\u00e9ter \u00abEl reto de la igualdad en las organizaciones\u00bb<\/strong>, que se enmarca en el Programa Dem\u00e9ter de la Agencia de Transparencia, cuyo objetivo es la transparencia en la equidad de g\u00e9nero y la innovaci\u00f3n en el buen gobierno.<\/p>\n<p>Este ciclo se compone de tres sesiones de trabajo con la Agencia de Transparencia para identificar los elementos necesarios para reforzar los objetivos del Programa Dem\u00e9ter, y tambi\u00e9n para ofrecer reflexiones e instrumentos para poder avanzar hacia una igualdad real y efectiva en las organizaciones, a trav\u00e9s de planes de igualdad.<\/p>\n<p>El ciclo, que se desarrollar\u00e1 en formato telem\u00e1tico los d\u00edas 29 de octubre y 3 y 12 de noviembre, est\u00e1 compuesto por cuatro talleres (los dos \u00faltimos se har\u00e1n el mismo d\u00eda). Se trata de talleres din\u00e1micos y participativos, que servir\u00e1n para hacer un an\u00e1lisis DAFO centrado en el estado de esta cuesti\u00f3n y en c\u00f3mo desarrollar el Programa Dem\u00e9ter.<\/p>\n<p>Las formaciones est\u00e1n pensadas especialmente para la comunidad de la AMB, incluyendo personas gerentes, t\u00e9cnicas y de departamentos de recursos humanos de administraciones y empresas p\u00fablicas de Catalunya, pero tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n abiertas a socias de 50a50 y a otras personas interesadas. La participaci\u00f3n es gratuita.<\/p>\n<p>Para formalizar la inscripci\u00f3n, hay que escribir a transparencia@amb.cat. Las personas inscritas recibir\u00e1n el enlace de la plataforma virtual de las sesiones.
