Bajo el t\u00edtulo \u00ab<strong>Introducci\u00f3n. El liderazgo transformacional<\/strong>\u00ab, ha sido un taller inspirador para la treintena de socias que han asistido.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEl liderazgo transformacional es el que tiene unos objetivos sociales de transformaci\u00f3n y de mejora de la sociedad, es el que quiere sacar lo mejor de las personas, empoderarlas y darles autoestima para alcanzar unos mismos objetivos\u00bb, ha explicado Mercad\u00e9 durante este espacio de reconocimiento y crecimiento personal y profesional.<\/p>\n<p>La presidenta de la asociaci\u00f3n, que hace m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os que se dedica a orientar y a formar mujeres en su proyecto profesional y de vida, ha recalcado que el liderazgo que practicamos las mujeres se caracteriza por una serie de valores que ahora son emergentes, como la flexibilidad, el trabajo en equipo, la cooperaci\u00f3n, la escucha activa y la transversalidad.<\/p>\n<p>La sesi\u00f3n ha contado con una parte te\u00f3rica y un taller pr\u00e1ctico, donde se han puesto de manifiesto varias situaciones de falta de igualdad de oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres en el mundo laboral.<\/p>\n<p>La segunda sesi\u00f3n del programa de formaci\u00f3n se celebrar\u00e1 el mi\u00e9rcoles 12 de febrero.
