The second edition of “Leaders of the future” begins<\/strong><\/h2><\/h1><\/div>

Under the title of “Leaders of the future”, the second edition of the 50a50 mentoring program is already underway. This month of November, the training and guidance sessions for mentors and mentorees have been held, as well as the inauguration meeting of the program, in which the mentorees have chosen their mentors.<\/p>\n

In this program, the most senior members help other members in their personal development process, in order to soon collaborate in achieving the mission of 50a50, to get 50% female representation in decision-making places.<\/p>\n

A total of 14 members have signed up for the second edition, which has been improved compared to the first and is directed by coach Joana Visa.<\/p>\n

Apart from the training and inauguration sessions, “Leaders of the future” consists of a minimum of six sessions in pairs, which take place from December 2022 to June 2023 under the guidance of the association. At the end of the program, a closing session will take place for evaluation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
