carried out by the 50a50 Association under the title of &#8220;Violet Thermometer&#8221; confirms that only 34.8% of companies meet parity in the boards of directors and 12.5% in \u200b\u200bthe committees of direction.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>&#8220;To achieve real equality in companies\u00a0<\/strong><strong>you have to reach parity &#8220;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>This is the vision that has inspired us to promote the Violet Thermometer campaign, to encourage companies to make a qualitative and quantitative leap in their organizations. The data showing the study&#8217;s conclusions is a clear indication that overall, we are still halfway to achieving this goal.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the boards of directors of the 50 organizations analyzed, 12 companies have a representation of women in the range of 40% &#8211; 60%, 9 companies are between 20% -39% and 21 companies do not reach 19%.<\/li>\n<li>In the case of the representation of women on management committees, the data varies considerably. There are only 4 companies out of the 50 analyzed that are within the 40% &#8211; 60% range of parity, 14 companies between 20% -39% and 13 companies that are below 19%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The results obtained are in line with the conclusions of other studies carried out by recognized entities in the economic field.<\/p>\n<p>We acknowledge the effort made by some of the organizations that we have analyzed in this study to incorporate more women into their decision-making structures and we value 50a50 companies that meet parity.<\/p>\n<p>From the 50a50 Association, we call on institutions and companies to take more committed action in favor of equality.
