Now, we organize the Hypatia Cycle<\/strong>, which will focus on pending subjects to achieve effective and real equality between women and men<\/strong>. The sessions will be thematic and will serve to deepen the current challenges to achieve equality, in addition to demanding responses from the administrations, the business community and society as a whole.<\/p>\nThe first session will revolve around work and the economy and will have the title “A humane and sustainable economy is a feminist economy<\/strong>“. It will be held online on Tuesday, June 15, from 6 to 7:30 p.m<\/strong>., and will feature a panel of high-quality experts, who will debate and propose solutions on how to deal with the impact of the COVID crisis on the market from a gender perspective. Because, in the words of Kofi Annan, who was Secretary General of the United Nations from 1997 to 2002 and 2001 Nobel Peace Prize winner, “women’s equality must be a central component in any attempt to solve social, economic or social problems. politicians”.<\/p>\nThe program of the session will be as follows:<\/p>\n
