Professional reinvention, in the 50a50 training program<\/h2><\/h1><\/div>

Coaches Montse Pujada and Andrea Zambrano are the trainers of the fifth session of the 50a50 women’s leadership training program, which will focus on “Professional reinvention and personal reconciliation” and will take place next Thursday, June 11, from 18.30 to 20.30 hours, in online format.<\/p>\n

The workshop, aimed at members of 50a50 who are considering a professional reinvention, will allow them to turn possible concerns into opportunities to choose a new professional path.<\/p>\n

The session is also designed for those entrepreneurs or managers with kids or elderly people in charge. “The family should not be a barrier in professional life, but a balance must be found to reconcile with oneself -Montse Pujada and Andrea Zambrano explain-, and that involves co-responsibility for household and care tasks”.<\/p>\n

Montse Pujada Pellegero<\/a> is a coach and facilitator specializing in professional reinvention, motherhood, female leadership and conciliation.<\/p>\n

Andrea Zambrano Calzado<\/a> is a CPCC and PCC certified coach and co-founder of “Educar es emocionar”, an educational organization serving families and teachers in the field of emotional intelligence.<\/p>\n

Due to the coronavirus crisis, this session will be held online and will be free for members of 50a50. For non-members, it will have a symbolic cost of 15 euros.<\/p>\n

To participate in the session, registration is mandatory by writing to info@50a50.org. Correctly registered members will receive a reminder email a few hours before the session, which will be held by Jitsi Meet, with the link to join it.<\/p>\n<\/div>
