Neuro-leadership, in the 50a50 training program<\/strong><\/h2><\/h1><\/div>

The fourth session of the 50a50 women’s leadership training program will take place this next Monday, May 18, from 6.30 to 8.30 pm, in an online format. Given by Gina Aran, the workshop is entitled “Neuro-leadership tools for the empowerment of women leaders”.<\/p>\n

The 50a50 female leadership training program aims to offer a framework for professional and personal growth to 50a50 members, to exercise female leadership in their organizations from a gender perspective.<\/span><\/p>\n

In this fourth workshop, Gina Aran will open the doors of neuroscience for the development of people in the context of the organization, offering tools that have an impact on motivation, creativity, team leadership and decision-making.<\/span><\/p>\n

Human resources consultant specialized in leadership and organizational development,\u00a0<\/span>Gina Aran is CEO at Inginium, a strategic HR consultancy, and a professor at ESADE Executive Education.<\/span><\/p>\n

Due to the coronavirus crisis, this session will be held online and will be free for 50a50 members. For non-members, it will have a symbolic cost of 15 euros.<\/span><\/p>\n
