By <strong>Catalina Pons<\/strong>, the workshop is entitled &#8220;<strong>Executive presence and female leadership<\/strong>&#8221; and will be held online.<\/p>\n<p>The 50a50 female leadership training program aims to offer a professional and personal growth framework to 50a50 members.<\/p>\n<p>In the third workshop of the seven-session cycle, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/catalinapons\/\">Catalina Pons Freixas<\/a> will talk about the executive presence, which according to the latest research is the second most valued strength in leadership, only behind business knowledge. Business schools have already incorporated it into their catalogs.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this session will take place online and will be free of charge for members.
