Successful first session of the women’s leadership training program<\/h2><\/h1><\/div>

The president of 50a50, Anna Mercad\u00e9<\/strong>, has been responsible for inaugurating the women’s leadership training program that the association organizes during the first half of the year. Under the title “Introduction. Transformational Leadership<\/strong>“, it has been an inspirational workshop for the thirty members who have attended.<\/p>\n

“The transformational leadership has social goals for the transformation and improvement of the society; it wants to bring out the best in people, empower them and give them self-esteem to achieve the same goals,” explained Mercad\u00e9.<\/p>\n

The president of the association emphasized that the female leadership is characterized by some emerging values, such as flexibility, teamwork, cooperation, active listening and transversality.<\/p>\n
