Anna Mercad\u00e9 inaugurates the<\/strong> 50a50 female leadership training program<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>

The first session of the 50a50 female leadership training program will be held on Monday, January 20<\/strong>, and will go by the president of the association, Anna Mercad\u00e9<\/strong>, under the title “Introduction. Transformational leadership<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

The 50a50 female leadership training program aims to offer a framework of professional and personal growth to 50a50 members to be able to exercise female leadership in their organizations from a gender and enriching perspective.<\/p>\n

In the first workshop of the seven session cycle, Anna Mercad\u00e9 i Ferrando will teach us how to exercise that kind of leadership carried out by people with a strong vision and personality, thanks to which they are able to change expectations, perceptions and motivations, as well as leading the change, within an organization. Transformational leadership is what we women do for the good of society.<\/p>\n

The session will take place on Monday, January 20, from 6.30 to 8.30 pm, in the association’s coworking (Diagonal 460, 2-2), and is reserved for members, upon registration and payment of 10 euros per person, through this link<\/a>.<\/p>\n
