“Firm step to parity<\/strong>” is the title of the report that La Vanguardia has written about the association 50a50. The journalist Mar Galt\u00e9s<\/strong> met Anna Mercad\u00e9<\/strong>, Helena Torras<\/strong>, Susana Bleier<\/strong>, Anna Gener<\/strong> and Maria Teixidor<\/strong>, all members of 50a50, to elaborate a text focused on one of the first lobbying actions of 50a50, related to the elections to the Chamber of Commerce of Barcelona.<\/p>\n

In the report, the president of 50a50, Anna Mercad\u00e9, summarizes the objective of the association: “What we want is having 50% of women wherever decisions take place. And we also want that women wanting to access these positions do not feel that they are fighting alone<\/strong>.” 50a50 is, in short, a support network for all women who want to access decision-making positions.<\/p>\n
