lang=\"ca-ES\"><b>l\u2019Agenda de Nacions Unides pel 2030<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"> \u00e9s <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">una part essencial dels Drets Humans<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">: eliminar totes les formes de discriminaci\u00f3 i de viol\u00e8ncia contra les dones i les nenes, recon\u00e8ixer i valorar el treball dom\u00e8stic i de cura de les persones, aix\u00ed com promoure la corresponsabilitat, garantir la participaci\u00f3 plena i efectiva de les dones i la igualtat d\u2019 oportunitats i de lideratge a tots nivells.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h1 class=\"western\" align=\"justify\">\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">Si el 2030 no aconseguim la igualtat 50a50 entre homes i dones, els altres objectius de l\u2019ONU no es podran assolir\u201d Cristina Gallach<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: System Font Regular,serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">Arribar al 2030 on el cinquanta per cent dels llocs de decisi\u00f3 estiguin ocupats per dones \u00e9s la condici\u00f3 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><i>sine qua non<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"> del compliment de l\u2019agenda 2030 que t\u00e9 per finalitat aconseguir: la pau, l\u2019eradicaci\u00f3 de la pobresa, l\u2019acc\u00e9s a l\u2019educaci\u00f3, l\u2019atenci\u00f3 m\u00e8dica, el treball digne, <\/span><\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/sustainabledevelopment\/es\/gender-equality\/\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><b>la igualtat d\u2019oportunitats<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"> i la igualtat salarial.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">Hem creat aquesta plataforma <\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.50a50.org\/\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><i><b>50a50 Lideratge Compartit<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"> com a eina i recurs per treballar transversalment, des de totes les associacions, empreses i organitzacions per assolir aquest objectiu.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: System Font Regular,serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">\u00c9s el moment de que la societat doni un pas endavant en Drets Humans i es converteixi en una societat veritablement democr\u00e0tica on la participaci\u00f3 plena de les dones sigui en un 50% .<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><b>La societat necessita nous lideratges i noves maneres de governar, dirigir i administrar <\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">i aquests venen de la m\u00e0 del que representa \u201clo femen\u00ed\u201d la toler\u00e0ncia, l\u2019adaptaci\u00f3, la mediaci\u00f3, l\u2019\u00e8tica, l\u2019amor i la pau. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">Ara ja est\u00e0 demostrat abastament que la participaci\u00f3 de les dones en els Consells d\u2019Administraci\u00f3 i en els llocs de decisi\u00f3 comporten molts beneficis a les organitzacions, quant a efic\u00e0cia, efici\u00e8ncia, rendibilitat, menys risc d\u2019endeutament i millora de les relacions personals. A m\u00e9s, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><b>tots els <a href=\"http:\/\/www.donaempresaeconomia.org\/coneixement-i-reflexio\/publicacions-i-estudis\/\">estudis<\/a> ens demostren que les dones exerceixen el poder de manera cooperativa i col\u00b7laborativa<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">Es per aix\u00f2 que les dones volem transpar\u00e8ncia i meritocr\u00e0cia, perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s la \u00fanica manera de que puguin millorar la qualitat democr\u00e0tica i a la vegada, ser reconegut el talent femen\u00ed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><b>Es l\u2019 hora de que les dones<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"> entrin massivament als llocs de decisi\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 estan molt ben formades, i perqu\u00e8 treballaran de manera inclusiva, en cooperaci\u00f3, i aportant la seva visi\u00f3 de la realitat i posant les seves habilitats i qualitats especials per millorar les institucions i el m\u00f3n .<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><b>Tenim la llei d\u2019 Igualtat catalana i la llei d\u2019 Igualtat de l\u2019 Estat. Cal complir-les!<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">Nosaltres ens hem posat en cam\u00ed. Nom\u00e9s les dones podem aconseguir aquesta revoluci\u00f3 pacifica i silenciosa que est\u00e0 transformant el m\u00f3n i que varen comen\u00e7ar les nostres bes\u00e0vies, les sufragistes, i despr\u00e8s han anat continuant tantes feministes de tot el m\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><b> <\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><b>Hem<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"> creat un instrument per seguir avan\u00e7ant des de la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i la cooperaci\u00f3 . Sumant, que \u00e9s la \u00fanica manera d\u2019 avan\u00e7ar. Sabem que la nostra participaci\u00f3 millorar\u00e0 la societat, i deixarem un m\u00f3n millor per les nostres filles i netes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><b>Treballem a llarg termini per posar els <\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">pilars d\u2019una nova societat i aquests pilars no poden ser altres que <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><b>la Igualtat, l\u2019equitat , la democr\u00e0cia, la transpar\u00e8ncia, la meritocr\u00e0cia, la<\/b><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><b>inclusi\u00f3, la diversitat&#8230;<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><b>Volem ocupar els espais de poder<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"> econ\u00f2mic i social per diferents raons: just\u00edcia, estem molt ben preparades, som molt bones, aportem visions diferents, etc<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">No volem ser 100% o 90% homes i una dona<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><b> Volem 50% dones i 50% homes<\/b><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><b>No volem ser tr\u00edades a conveni\u00e8ncia.. Volem participar en igualtat de condicions. <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><b>Volem aportar les nostres idees de com ha de ser el m\u00f3n, perqu\u00e8 volem transformar les institucions i la societat .<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><b>Perqu\u00e8 volem influir en totes les decisions, perqu\u00e8 totes i cadascuna ens pertany i afecta als nostres fills i filles. <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><b>Perqu\u00e8 volem posar unes altres regles del joc. Unes regles que no siguin hereves de la societat patriarcal endog\u00e0mica i masculina. <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><b>TOT PLEGAT PEL BE COM\u00da I PEL PROGR\u00c9S ECON\u00d2MIC I SOCIAL.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><span
