Actualment, \u00e9s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.donaempresaeconomia.org\/anna-mercade-directora-de-lobservatori-dona-empresa-i-economia-participa-al-debat-del-programa-para-todos-la-2-la-dona-al-mon-economic\/\">Directora de l\u2019Observatori Dona, Empresa i Economia de la Cambra de Comer\u00e7 de Barcelona<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La representaci\u00f3 de les dones a les institucions p\u00fabliques <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Entrar a les institucions econ\u00f2miques i empresarials representatives del pa\u00eds \u00e9s un dret de les dones que contempla la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.naciodigital.cat\/noticia\/90650\/parlament\/aprova\/primera\/llei\/igualtat\/entre\/homes\/dones\/catalunya\">Llei d\u2019Igualtat (7\/15) i<\/a> una obligaci\u00f3 que han de complir totes les organitzacions\u00a0 per ser representatives, democr\u00e0tiques\u00a0 i tenir dret a accedir a les subvencions publiques.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Institucions econ\u00f2miques i socials com les Cambres de Comer\u00e7, que formen una part important de la societat civil, necessiten avui una transformaci\u00f3<\/strong> profunda per afrontar els canvis que el m\u00f3n econ\u00f2mic i empresarial necessita, i per ser representatives i estar legitimades per les administracions i els governs. Les Cambres de Comer\u00e7 s\u00f3n institucions d\u2019inter\u00e8s p\u00fablic representatives de les grans empreses, les petites i les microempreses, les persones aut\u00f2nomes, les cooperatives i les noves formes que avui estant sorgint arreu del nostre territori.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>El bigdata de les dones <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Les macro dades dels diferents <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.donaempresaeconomia.org\/coneixement-i-reflexio\/publicacions-i-estudis\/\"><strong>estudis<\/strong><\/a><strong> que s\u2019han realitzat confirmen que quantes m\u00e9s dones hi ha als consells directius, millor funcionen les empreses.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El teixit empresarial catal\u00e0 des de fa molts anys est\u00e0 ocupat per dones i homes. En els \u00faltims 20 anys les dones han representat m\u00e9s del 45% de la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019empreses. Elles representen el 70% del comer\u00e7, gran part del sector serveis i el 90% de sectors i gremis com les perruqueries, l\u2019est\u00e8tica, la farm\u00e0cia, etc. Si calcul\u00e9ssim el treball no remunerat que fan les dones (de cures i dom\u00e8stic), el PIB pujaria un 25%\u00a0 (segons un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.donaempresaeconomia.org\/presentat-estudi-igualtat-de-genere-a-catalunya\/\">estudi elaborat per l\u2019ODEE i l\u2019ICD el 2016<\/a>). Segons aquestes macro dades que hem anat recollint en estudis en els darrers anys Aquesta contribuci\u00f3 a l\u2019economia del pa\u00eds no est\u00e0 reconeguda i cal tenir-la en compte i representaria que la contribuci\u00f3 de les dones a l\u2019economia del pa\u00eds \u00e9s m\u00e9s alta que la dels homes.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i aix\u00ed, els llocs de poder estan ocupats nom\u00e9s per una part de la societat, els homes. No nom\u00e9s a les cambres sin\u00f3 als gremis, organitzacions econ\u00f2miques i patronals. margin-right: 4%;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p><strong>Les dones han d\u2019ocupar els espais, no nom\u00e9s de la base i de les posicions interm\u00e8dies fent funcionar la societat, les empreses, les organitzacions i les administracions , que ja ho fan, sin\u00f3 que han de participar del poder en maj\u00fascules per aportar la seva visi\u00f3 del m\u00f3n, de l\u2019economia i dels negocis.<\/strong> En definitiva, poder decidir quina societat volem, quines organitzacions quins valors, i quin m\u00f3n volem.<\/p>\n<p>Vivim en una \u00e8poca de canvis que est\u00e0 trastocant les arrels de la pr\u00f2pia societat i dels models econ\u00f2mics, financer, pol\u00edtic, empresarial i tamb\u00e9 dels valors humans i espirituals. \u00c9s en aquest marc que hem de contextualitzar els models que tenim, per tal d\u2019observar i distingir el que funciona del que no, per\u00f2 sobretot per transformar-los en instruments moderns al servei del b\u00e9 com\u00fa i del progr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les empreses han estat fins ara el motor del progr\u00e9s, del canvi i de la pr\u00f2pia societat. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que cal promoure-les i recolzar-les des de la responsabilitat social, la igualtat, l\u2019\u00e8tica i els valors humans.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Necessitem empreses rendibles<\/strong>, per\u00f2 duradores en el temps i en l\u2019espai, i per aix\u00f2 cal\u00a0 mesurar-les tamb\u00e9 per altres indicadors que tenen a veure amb la confian\u00e7a, la satisfacci\u00f3 i la dignitat dels treballadores, el respecte pel medi ambient i per l\u2019entorn. Aquests valors han de ser la bandera de les noves organitzacions com les cambres i els col\u00b7legis professionals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Una societat veritablement democr\u00e0tica s\u2019emmiralla en les seves institucions<\/strong>. En la transpar\u00e8ncia , l\u2019\u00e8tica i els valors que mouen les organitzacions que composen la societat civil. I ara els toca impulsar una canvi generacional, d\u2019equitat i d\u2019igualtat. <strong>Ara toca apostar per un model de societat oberta, moderna i \u00a0donar exemple de transpar\u00e8ncia i democr\u00e0cia, i per tant d\u2019igualtat de g\u00e8nere. <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Per qu\u00e8 volem un 50% de dones? <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 les dones formen bona part de les microempreses, de les persones aut\u00f2nomes i ara ja dirigeixen moltes empreses familiars que abans tenien vetades. O sigui, per just\u00edcia i perqu\u00e8 gaireb\u00e9 formen el 50% del teixit empresarial.<\/p>\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 el m\u00f3n de l\u2019empresa ho necessita. S\u2019ha demostrat a trav\u00e9s de diversos estudis que les empreses que compten amb m\u00e9s dones als llocs directius s\u00f3n mes rendibles, tenen menys risc d\u2019endeutament i el seu equip hum\u00e0 est\u00e0 m\u00e9s motivat i mostra un millor benestar.<\/p>\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 la igualtat de g\u00e8nere a les empreses representa una garantia d\u2019\u00e8xit pel que fa a resultats, organitzaci\u00f3, meritocr\u00e0cia, transpar\u00e8ncia i valors humans. Les dones tenen una visi\u00f3 a llarg termini i posen els drets humans per sobre dels n\u00fameros.
