It is an important and motivating milestone for me to address you as the new president of the 50a50 association. I sincerely thank you for the trust you have placed in me and for the support I have received in taking on this significant challenge within such a pioneering and feminist organization as ours.<\/p>\n
Succeeding Anna Mercader is a great responsibility. Her leadership has been key in shaping what 50a50 is today: a committed and rigorous association, with its own voice and real capacity for impact. It is from this legacy that I begin a new chapter\u2014with deep respect and great enthusiasm to continue walking this path together.<\/p>\n
I invite you to embrace this new phase as an opportunity to rethink and further strengthen our collective voice. We are an association made up of diverse women, with a wealth of backgrounds and experiences that makes us unique. It is precisely in this diversity that we find our strength to be a space for feminist thought, bold proposals, and meaningful influence in the country\u2019s economic and institutional spheres.<\/p>\n
Our goal cannot be simply \u201cto be present,\u201d but to be present in order to transform. To have an impact. To drive business and public policies that incorporate a gender perspective and social justice.<\/p>\n
