{"id":10507,"date":"2025-05-12T10:22:18","date_gmt":"2025-05-12T10:22:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.50a50.org\/?p=10507"},"modified":"2025-05-12T10:22:18","modified_gmt":"2025-05-12T10:22:18","slug":"female-leadership-in-action-a-very-special-edition-of-the-22dinar-dones-en-valor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.50a50.org\/en\/female-leadership-in-action-a-very-special-edition-of-the-22dinar-dones-en-valor\/","title":{"rendered":"Female Leadership in Action: A Very Special Edition of the 22@Dinar Dones en Valor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"\" data-start=\"88\" data-end=\"377\">On May 6th, the 22@Dinar Dones en Valor held a very special edition dedicated to recognizing female leadership, with two exceptional guests: Cristina Oliva Berini and Susana Prado Garc\u00eda, members of 50a50 and undisputed references in the 22@ district and in the promotion of female talent.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"148\" data-end=\"474\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-10488 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.50a50.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/1746612751698.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1486\" height=\"991\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"379\" data-end=\"845\">Cristina Oliva, former director of the Ciutadella Campus at UPF, and Susana Prado, president of 22@Network Barcelona and general director of Inetum Catalunya, shared experiences and reflections on their careers in a conversation full of insight and inspiration. The event was moderated by Sonia Gil-Gibernau, General Manager of Novotel Barcelona City, who now assumes the presidency of the Dones en Valor Commission, opening a new stage with strength and commitment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"981\"><strong data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"964\">\u201cWe need female role models. We live in a world that makes female talent invisible. We must keep paving the way.\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 Cristina Oliva<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"983\" data-end=\"1130\"><strong data-start=\"983\" data-end=\"1115\">\u201cIf you don\u2019t lead, you don\u2019t transform.
